Here's a collection of shorter pieces to ease us all gently into the weekend…
Quite early one morning
‘Y’ Tumble
half past ten
a black and white
waitress
haiku’s the menu
‘black pudding, mushrooms or
tomato’
as shepherd alcoholics
warn of Swansea
storms
BORED
if you blow your foot off
with a double-barrel shotgun
is that an innocent mistake
how many toes constitute an error
how many inches of shin a sin
the devil is in the detail
Four Alone and Together
1. If ever there was
a home for haiku
it is outside this window
2. South is not a sense.
North is always true
and I am not the centre.
3. I was at first annoyed by
the fly on my peach.
But not any more.
4. My heart is ready.
My thoughts are now clear.
Pressing ‘send’ still does nothing.
