I have no fear now
After two years with the shrink
I consider myself ‘upgraded’, not cured.
I have more cogs in the toolbox; more spanners,
and other useful tools.
And I know how to use them; I’m not a spanner in that sense.
No one can open me up like a floor lamp or old chime-less clock;
take the parts out and explore me; hands, fingers and greasy-ass
thumbs.
I am improved on; faults taken and made new. Nothing to be
ashamed of now. I rise up and look steadily; transfixed, with acuity,
top-notch. There is nothing wrong with my eyesight now. I have
new spectacles. They are purple and they rock.
