Not only
Tesco Express,
I went everywhere,
all over
the wet land
of Mutley Plain –
scouring,
shuffling,
peeping.
I strode
wide pavements,
I was Chief
Explorer,
I was Roald
Amundsen
of the vital
pregnant
quest.
and though
I didn’t
fully
understand it,
I did it for love
and so their bellies
were full
and warm.
