DRINK TO FORGET
I can't say
I drink to forget
because
I always remember
drinking
even
if everything else
is a blank

NOTHING
nothing exciting
has happened
to me lately
therefore
I have nothing
to write about
but rather than
write nothing
I thought
I'd write this
instead

SIGN
the sign read
“No Smoking”
but everybody did
that must be a sign
of something
