The Yoga Class<\/span>
 <\/span>

Stretched arms, hands,<\/span>
fingers upwards, heads erect<\/span>
as if pulled by string to heaven\u2019s sky.<\/span>
 <\/span>
Legs taut, knees bent<\/span>
in stillness with breath<\/span>
that marks time, one, two three.<\/span>
 <\/span>
In slow motion, their graceful moves<\/span>
to music soft and low, alongside flickering lights<\/span>
that paint the floor.<\/span>
 <\/span>
And I \u2013 and speckled sunlight<\/span>
from dusty windows,<\/span>
look on in silence.<\/span>
