Praeger"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eating and Otherwise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Snap out of it,<br \/>\ncrack open a beer,<br \/>\nget on with it.<br \/>\nThinking of just a few of the dead &#8211;<br \/>\nit happens sometimes.<br \/>\nI know of no cause,<br \/>\nnothing special;<br \/>\nnot eating something<br \/>\nor opening a window<br \/>\nor &#8211; you name it.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re just there, face, voice, gesture.<br \/>\nWhere to go from there?<br \/>\nTo have been close,<br \/>\nthen,<br \/>\nunsorted tricks of the mind,<br \/>\nso much crossed out.<\/p>\n<p>I am a clutter, a way station,<br \/>\na hallelujah<br \/>\nthat has not yet been heard.<\/p>\n<p>At Brockway Junction I have stood<br \/>\nwhere hermits had once been,<br \/>\nwhere the longest day had just begun.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frank C.
