Nobbs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elmira Sweetheart \u2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On my slow<br \/>\nmorning walks<br \/>\nI gather up<\/p>\n<p>twigs, the deadwood<br \/>\nfrom hedges and<\/p>\n<p>sheets of dry bark<br \/>\nfrom rotted trees; they look<\/p>\n<p>like torn pages<\/p>\n<p>from books; I snap<br \/>\nfallen branches<\/p>\n<p>in half, to make<br \/>\nexcellent kindling<\/p>\n<p>to start raging fires, every<br \/>\nevening, this winter; they will<\/p>\n<p>help keep my old lovers<br \/>\nall stacked\u00a0now, neatly<\/p>\n<p>in rows, next to the cook stove<br \/>\nin the kitchen,<\/p>\n<p>to go crackle, stay hot<br \/>\nfor hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E.E.
