I wondered.<br \/>and just as I thought it<br \/>there came into view<br \/>a man all in green and sparkling<br \/>legs all slim and toes all pointy,<br \/>slinking along it,<br \/>pole all shaky,<br \/>thighs pinging and stretching like the wire.<\/p>\n<p>He caught my eye and grinned.<br \/>I nodded but didn\u2019t want to distract him,<br \/>So slid beneath the covers.<\/p>\n<p>When I came up for air he had gone.<br \/>Later, taking my re-usable bag to the Co-Op,<br \/>I found green sequins scattered in the street.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">*Deborah Alma<\/span> was born in London and lives in Ludlow.
