Parable<\/span>

A man flat on his back<\/span>
on the pavement,<\/span>
arms and legs spread,<\/span>
eyes shut, still.<\/span>

When things like this<\/span>
occur I don\u2019t act<\/span>
indifferent,<\/span>
I am indifferent.<\/span>
I look and walk<\/span>
quickly away.<\/span>

I don\u2019t want to interfere<\/span>
in his parable,<\/span>
or let him interfere<\/span>
in mine.<\/span>
