Shimmering ghostly white.<\/p>\n<p>A good kiss is petite, luminous,\u00a0and stingless.<br \/>\nBuzzing like undisturbed bees sipping from<br \/>\nthe edges covered with pink and emerald<br \/>\nbeadwork, it knows figures are keeping watch.<\/p>\n<p>A good kiss cries with ear-splitting choruses<br \/>\nand senses vibrations from thunder. Scorpions<br \/>\nand tarantulas scuttle underfoot, and the ground<br \/>\ncracks apart like crawfish shells and suckling bird bones<br \/>\nblasted to a minimum by the sun\u2019s motionless coil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><span id=\"m_-7321010853037028170ydpea4c24bdyui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1548284437735_5013\"><strong>George Cassidy Payne\u00a0<\/strong>is a poet from Rochester, New York.
