I was a pioneer.<\/p>\n<p>The birds saw a dyspraxic wielding a<br \/>\nRusty weapon liberated from the<br \/>\nMusty shed. I confronted the mission<br \/>\nIn succinct bursts, the limits of my<br \/>\nAttention span. Powered by tea.<\/p>\n<p>First, in imagined segments, I hewed the<br \/>\nStalks and grass midway. I raked the unwanted<br \/>\nTo a \u2018barrow then delivered to the<br \/>\nCompost mountain. Bent low, I hacked to an<br \/>\nInch or two above the arid earth.<\/p>\n<p>After tidying, I mowed the grass to<br \/>\nA common height. Now I could see proud soldiers<br \/>\nReady for battle against the singeing<br \/>\nAfternoon.
