with thorns <\/span>
of love<\/span>

pierces me<\/span>
with blades <\/span>
of truth<\/span>

thrives best when<\/span>
love has <\/span>
run dry<\/span>

what<\/span>
a <\/span>
prick.<\/span>
 <\/span>
 <\/span>

<\/span>muscles, soreness and exercise<\/span>

 <\/span>
after not<\/span>
working out<\/span>
for a few weeks<\/span>
 <\/span>
i decided<\/span>
to go for a jog<\/span>
and lift<\/span>
some weights<\/span>
 <\/span>
the next day,<\/span>
i couldn\u2019t walk<\/span>
nor move my arms<\/span>
 <\/span>
as my muscles<\/span>
had become sore.<\/span>

today,<\/span>
i read a collection<\/span>
of poetry by<\/span>
bukowski.<\/span>
 <\/span>
i hadn\u2019t touched it<\/span>
in a long time<\/span>

i am afraid<\/span>
for tomorrow<\/span>
