which touches your palm<\/span>
this evening<\/span>
before the show<\/span>

before you place it on her naked back<\/span>
where the Dior black, parts<\/span>
at her neat young spine.<\/span>
 <\/span>
I\u2019m staring at the coats tonight –<\/span>
from the cheap seats<\/span>
parting the limp of grey I call my hair<\/span>
hearing Smetana through a muffle of sleeves<\/span>
 <\/span>
wearing a blue Dior dress of dreams.<\/span>
