Each scar,<\/p>\n<p>each detail of my history shapes<br \/>\ntheir work. They sense my breathing,<\/p>\n<p>throw their threads into the eddies,<br \/>\nand catch them on the other side.<\/p>\n<p>The spiders move like smoke.<br \/>\nThey whisper over bare skin,<\/p>\n<p>stepping lightly, trailing silk<br \/>\nthat fills the room around my frame.<\/p>\n<p>When they\u2019re done, I step out<br \/>\nof the space they\u2019ve made,<br \/>\n<span style=\"margin-left: 100px;\">let it fill with light. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Born in Australia, <strong>Diane Mulholland<\/strong> now lives in London where she can often be found beside the Thames.
