Let\u2019s do Lunch \u2026<\/span>

Oh, where is it heading and where will it end?<\/span>
Liaison of lovers or food with a friend?<\/span>
I answered <\/span>yes, please<\/span> but my heart said <\/span>no, thanks<\/span>
As I suddenly saw myself swelling the ranks<\/span>
Of the ladies who lunch with their Afternoon Men<\/span>
Again and again and again and again<\/span>
With <\/span>rillettes<\/span> of rabbit, or <\/span>moules marini\u00e8re<\/span>
As the only connection between any pair.<\/span>

Lunch isn\u2019t dinner, which ends up in bed;<\/span>
We part on a pavement with everything said<\/span>
And you ring me up later but don\u2019t talk for long<\/span>
And I feel in my water it\u2019s all going wrong.<\/span>
There used to be music but not any more<\/span>
So I know where I am and I\u2019ve been here before,<\/span>
A little bit tipsy, a little bit high<\/span>
On the scent of the cheek that I\u2019m kissing goodbye\u2026<\/span>
Old Spice\u2026 Aramis\u2026 Eau Sauvage\u2026 Vetiver  \u2013<\/span>
First wind of the end of another affair.<\/span>
